Welcome to Abby Rose Designs ♡

Every piece is made by hand, slowly and intentionally. Because each piece is individually crafted rather than mass produced, slight variations are part of what makes handmade jewelry special.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are generally final sale.

Because most pieces are handmade, one of a kind, or made specifically for you, I’m unable to offer traditional returns or refunds for change of mind.

That said, I want you to genuinely love what you receive. If something seems wrong with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Exchanges, adjustments, or store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Custom pieces, altered pieces, and made-to-order items are final sale.

Repairs & Damage

Jewelry is meant to be worn and loved, and handmade pieces may occasionally need a little care over their lifetime.

If your piece arrives damaged or has an issue that appears to be related to craftsmanship, please contact me as soon as possible with photos so I can assess it.

If a craftsmanship-related issue occurs within 30 days of delivery, I’ll repair or replace the piece when reasonably possible at no additional cost.

After that period, I’m still happy to look at repairs whenever possible. Depending on the type of damage, materials required, and work involved, a repair fee and shipping costs may apply.

Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, pulling, bending, impact, water exposure, chemicals, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect, but I’ll always try to help if a piece can reasonably be repaired.

Because many of my pieces use one-of-a-kind stones, shells, sea glass, or other natural materials, an exact replacement may not always be possible.

Handmade Variations

Every Abby Rose Designs piece is handmade individually.

Small variations in shape, texture, solder marks, patina, stone color, shell pattern, positioning, or finish are completely normal and are part of the character of handmade work.

Natural stones, shells, and sea glass may also contain inclusions, markings, texture, or irregularities created by nature.

These characteristics are not considered defects.

Order Timelines

Ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 5–8 business days.

For custom or made-to-order jewelry, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for creation before shipping, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page or discussed with you directly.

Everything is made by hand, so occasionally a piece may require a little extra time. If there is ever a significant delay, I’ll reach out.

Shipping

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of my direct control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please reach out and I’ll help however I reasonably can.

Abby Rose Designs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Ring & Jewelry Sizing

Please review all measurements and sizing information carefully before ordering.

Because many pieces are made to a specific size, incorrect sizing selected at checkout is not considered a defect.

If resizing is possible, I’m happy to discuss it. A resizing fee and shipping costs may apply depending on the piece.

Some designs, stones, and construction styles cannot safely be resized.

Jewelry Care

Sterling silver is made to last, but handmade jewelry should still be treated gently.

To help your piece stay beautiful:

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, sleeping, or doing hands-on work.
  • Avoid prolonged contact with lotions, perfumes, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, and other chemicals.
  • Store your jewelry somewhere dry and protected when you aren’t wearing it.
  • Clean sterling silver gently with an appropriate polishing cloth.

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. Tarnishing is normal and does not mean that your jewelry is damaged or defective.

Questions?

If you’re ever unsure about something, reach out. I would much rather you ask than feel confused about your piece.
